Marele Accountancy was created to solve a very specific problem: the lack of sector-specific financial management and accounting support for domiciliary care providers.

Marele Accountancy was established over a decade ago by Finance Director Oana Marele, a finance expert with extensive knowledge of the care industry.

After witnessing how many small businesses lacked access to high-level financial direction, Oana launched the firm to deliver strategic support of a Finance Director, typically out of reach for businesses without a full-time finance leader.

Oana combines deep knowledge of local authority funding, care planning software and financial systems.

Marele Accountancy aims for almost perfect productivity, efficiency and profitability.
